Hi, I’m Grace. I am committed to helping people discover the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga.
I fell in love with yoga over 15 years ago on my travels to Canada in 2003. I found the strength and flexibility in the Ashtanga yoga practice compelling and when I committed to a regular practice, I was thrilled to see my own progress develop which kept me going back for more.
I am nourished not only by the physical practice, but also the spiritual and the many facets that make up the world of yoga. I have found my way around the world, travelling and learning from advanced teachers which has shaped the yoga teacher I am today.
I believe yoga should be accessible to all. My passion is to create space for people to explore how yoga can strengthen and nourish them no matter where they are in their current position in life.
I thrive on creating opportunities where students can feel safe, connected and energised amidst the chaos of life. Finding space to focus, breathe and let go…letting life unfold.
