Prior to starting Grace’s classes, I had not done yoga. Over the last couple of years Grace has provided good guidance in teaching yoga to a beginner and now through to an intermediate level. I feel much more confident and capable in the class especially now as I can work on improving the technical side with Grace’s help.
Over the period of attending I have improved my flexibility and core strength and have found a better overall feeling of fitness. Combining yoga as the base motivation with additional exercise like walking and swimming and a good diet has certainly helped me find healthy lifestyle choice.
