At Yoga With Grace we believe that in most cases yoga is best practiced indoors, where internal heat can be maintained, which assists in releasing toxins in the body. Practicing yoga indoors also assists the practitioner to optimise the use of dhristi (focused eye gaze) and avoid distractions.
However, there is a wonderful therapeutic energy about practicing yoga outdoors with the grass beneath your feet and the sky above your head, and even the sound of the waves rolling in.
